Why doesn't DB change the whole forum and theme.
PhpBB3 has been released for a while now.
This Grey theme is kinda old now. And plain too.

phpbb2 is awesome, and the mods on here (democracy for example) aren't always ported to phpbb3.

The style should stay the same anyway. If you change it it won't be CEF anymore.
