Bump? I'm still blurscreening randomly. It happens from one everyday to several within 2-3 hours.

Power issue, causing BSOD? Not sure if that is possible, since a power surge should more or less fry my chips.

It's a laptop. BSOD in both battery mode and AC power (with battery removed). Again, it's completely random.

sfc /scannow returned no errors last time (two days ago). Scanning again now.

It's a laptop, no hardware changes since I bought it; no driver updates since I installed Win7.

If anyone would like to review the reports, http://www.mediafire.com/?tmho5m0yozz

Edit: scan complete, no integrity violations.

Dark Byte already posted you the answer.

Apologies for bumping this old topic, but after reinstalling a clean version of Win7 (after formating), it bluescreened when I tried copying my files from my external HDD to the computer.

Could it be a hardware issue? Unlikely since I haven't replaced any hardware in my laptop, but I'm not ruling out options.

perhaps your usb port is slightly broken ? (e.g every now and then a tiny short-circuit)
but it could be anything, perhaps something is slightly out of place. (e.g it had a slight shock) or just worn out.

e.g one of my old laptops has it's bios chip loose, so I have to press it down each time I boot

I'm certain it's not USB related, since I bluescreened 4 times after a clean boot; nothing connected.

Under a year, still has warranty, although I'm not sure if it's still valid.
