Communicate to her that the ash and sediment is very unhealthy. Vapourizing is a much healthier alternative. There's also less risk of fire.

If she's interested in normal cigarettes, suggest electronic cigarettes instead. They do not burn, and since she's too young to smoke nicotine, she can inhale chocolate nicotine-vapours instead.

No marijuana though, that's illegal.

In my opinion smoking Weed once or twice or thrice.. wont make you addicted at all, unless you can't really control yourself.
I used to do some different drugs now and then and sometimes had a feeling of addiction when I took it too often in a row. But everytime I had this feeling I stopped doing it...Not everyone has a strong mind and just continues and says "noway I'm not addicted I could stop whenever I wan't"

About your Sister:
Well, I mean..almost everyone I know has tried Weed at least once. Of course in the beginning your are like "ow that's so cewl I wanna do it again ..pliz"...But to be honest, if my little sister would be like that I'd completely control her in that case. Like talk to her about the aftereffects and treat her to slap her if I ever get to know that she does it (again).
But I'm and you are too kind of hypocrite in this thing (You are allowed to, she's not..??).
But whatever nobody wants to see his little sister falling because of drugs.

Just tell her you are greedy and want to smoke your own weed and that if she wants it to get it herself.

first u must quit yourself, and how many times have ur sis smoke? if shes not addicted much, just beat some sense in her, or if shes too addict just send her to the anti-addict center or w/e(idk the name)

I recon the most appropriate thing you can do is inform your parents. If them finding out about you smoking is an issue, then perhaps attmep to tell them without telling the you smoke it yourself (don't lie, just... ommit), although you should be ready to be caught and into trouble. However... you have got into it yourself. At this point you have to choose between your sister's health and your amoking habits.
