I made this one first

Then I modified it. I drew everything by hand in adobe flash (you can request it to be any size)

You need to learn how to shade

guess you're right, but trust me, it looks a whole lot better even with my crappy shading then without any shading at all.

The shading is decent, I give it a 6/10. How long did you work on it?

When i say decent, I mean.. it gets the job done.. it's not very detailed but it's all it really needs and it looks good.

Please don't give members false criticism, what I told him wasn't harsh and the only point of it was for him to improve. Although you don't know anything about art or even basic knowledge, you should still realize that all of his imaginary light sources make it look bad. It looks like pillow shading and all he did was outline things. If he would've kept one shade only then it could've "got the job done". My post was implying that adding 2 shades where two colours meet doesn't look good but I know he already realized that, apart from that is still wrong.

Yes, what I said above though. Also since you're using flash, I recommend that you improve the line arts. The brush strokes are bad, lower smoothing to 25-40 and draw at 300%+ zoom. Then when you're done use the fill tool to do basic colours then do brush - inside(so you don't colour outside like you did) OR if you use a mouse is easier to use the line tool to mark the shades.

Basically: you have a long way to go but you seem to be on the right track(other than the shading, I suggest you try looking at other examples of simple vector drawings).

Also congrats.

You are nothing but a troll mod, and yeah it is not bad shading and I will not say other wise.. It's not detailed but why didn't you post in the event if you could outshade him lol

Your definition of troll is incorrect. I was the only one that gave any actual advice, and you seem to be the only ignorant troll here.

Why didn't I enter? I have tf2 and I don't have anyone to give the copy to. "Outshade him" has to be one of the most retarded things you've said, but if you want to judge my skills to his skills in the programs he is best at then we can just let him tell you.

Keep this up and I'll ban you for provoking spam/flame.
