Why you use hamachi? Forget it.
Play Heretic & HeXen over internet by
skulltag (google it)
in OpenGL or not
play only heretic in software mode by
zdaemon (google it)
play Heretic II by using
spylite[dot]exe
in Heretic II folder (Full version)
or use Game Spy
This is much better way to play these games and it public for everyone.
All peoples can join to you.

Still surprised it's on the first page O_O.
Oh, and to that newfag, Hamachi is the most simple and easiest way to host LAN games because you can moderate your servers and games.
Someone causing havoc in the game? you can kick them VIA Hamachi.

| Use Skulltag(recommend) or ZDaemon, if you don't wont see any other ppl, create server password protected. These way much easy than use Hamachi.
