Okay, I got to Morrowind but there are yellow error boxes and some people are missing their arms and/or legs! What's going on?
Morroblivion is currently in beta, meaning it's not finished and there are things that don't work yet. The yellow exclamation point-thing boxes and missing NPC limbs that appear in the game are because of animations or textures that didn't convert properly.
Why don't quests work?
As I said above, Morroblivion is currently in beta and quests and dialogue do not work yet. As of now, you can't do much more than explore the land and cities, and kill creatures and stuff. Quests are scheduled to be added eventually somehow.

That missing legs/arms thing is fixed, I think.

What's the point?
Theres a mod for oblivion though, that adds the island of tamriel.
I'd rather just get that.
