Swimming makes you extremely hungry, try eating before hand so you dont pig out and overeat afterwards.

Never happent to me either.
I used to eat like 1 hour before swimming, and not too much.

There's your answer. If you eat just before swimming it will give you cramps, I tried it. Luckily it was in the red ocean so I didn't drown(obv.).


Umm, I never got cramps, so I dont think so Smile And I always ate with a friend of mine, he never got it either.

Meh, just train, don't worry about eating before or after, as long as you are comfortable.

I agree. I think as far as you find a method which is suitable and comfortable for you (i.e. some peole have trouble eating before exercise whilst some people find it hard to eat just after exercise), it doesn't really matter. However, if you do want a more precise answer, Id o recomend you ask maybe a nutritional expert ora personal trainer. They will both be able to give you much more scientifically based answers.
