It is a question regarding a pre-built computer.

However I do agree with you, you can literally get a 5x better comp if you build it than if you buy it with a budget of $500.

The OP changed the title after I posted, calm down. I'll admit that I was wrong, however, as to the intention of the OP; how it was originally stated left it open to interpretation.
