IP address is vague, there are at least 20 other CEF members within 50 miles of me.
I know for a fact that 3 of them live within half hour's driving distance, 2 of which are my personal friends, 1 of which I share computers with whenever we're at each others house.
On top of that, it's no big deal.
I didn't even come close to winning, and in fact I voted for someone else.

| Wat, external IP's change all the time, and I've been IP banned more than once because my IP was within someone else's range who was banned.
