1. Tried command. Gave the same invalid message of "The command prompt has been disabled by your Administrator."

Yes, I've tried that, but due to privileges problems, that has failed.

Nope, the system shutdown message was created intentionally. 100% sure.

May not be that easy. I'm not good at using Cheat Engine to freeze values. More over, Limited Users cannot install CE... Unless someone hosts a folder of it online.
9. Safe Mode... Can't boot from it.

shutdown -a
pause
into notepad, save it as a batch file (save file type to 'all files', add .bat as an extension after the file name like 'abort.bat').
Run it and post the reply here.

I did exactly what you wanted me to. However, my command prompt is disabled... So when I try to run it, I get the message that the command prompt has been disabled by your Administrator.

So you can't even run commands, right? In my school, although Command Prompt is blocked we can still use batch files to run commands, and pause allows us to see the results.
Does the message appear before or after you un-paused?

I don't get what you mean after I un-paused? I just double clicked on the .bat file and then the message with the "restricted" comes out. Nothing else.

You can always make a shortcut with this location (you can name it whatever you want):

That'll enable use of the command prompt. If you don't want it to be so obvious you can make it so that the command prompt is disabled but you are still able to execute batch files:

How did you install CE with a guest account? It requires admin privelidges to install the driver. I don't think you can freeze the timer anyway - the shutdown time itself is probably stored and then the remaining time calculated from it. The value is then refreshed every second and when the current time is after the shutdown time, the shutdown is triggered.
What exactly do you mean by someone in your family started the shutdown process? If a sibling is screwing with you, tell your parents and have them bitch slap their ass.

| If on Windows XP, at the login screen hold ctrl + alt + del until a little box comes up with a login. This will get you into a secret administrator account(unless that account had something done to it by your parents like my friend's did) and on default there should be no password and you will be free to delete that restriction with any luck.

In my Limited User account, when I attempt to use the Command Prompt, the message would pop up:
The command prompt has been disabled by your Administrator.
In the Guest account, it seems that the Command Prompt can work, because the message wouldn't pop-up, though the effects of using the cmd there is still restricted to a Limited User type.

What's a Linux Distro? I googled it up, but didn't understand the explanation.
