Don't really know, but I know exactly what you mean.
If I'm sitting / lying down for too long, and stand up suddenly I get really damn dizzy and kinda stumble like woah wtf..

Seems you get it pretty bad though, go consult a doctor, but I'd give it a while, just get up slower, if it's still happening then go.

Dude me too, like say whenever I'm sitting down or doing something for too long, then when I stand back up to walk or go somewhere, I started seeing everything bright+white sight and then it's gone after like 5-10 secs.

I think this happen when I started jerking off about 3-4 years ago.
Or I'm I still hitting puberty which is causing me this problem...?

Before never happen until I started doing bad stuffs.

This may sound stupid, but it's true.

i bike about 5-10 miles a day with my friend... i stay in shape. I walk everywhere I go, I eat right, and im addicted to tomatoes... xDIm not a couch potato... im not lazy... and no, it wont stop.

Im afraid one day it will happen and ill hurt my self a LOT more then i allready have.. i have all the glass out of my foot, but what if i drop a knife... or hit my head on something and die? I cant live thinking that!

... i was picking the glass out of my foot, then had to soak my foot in some water to get the smaller pieces out, i gotta go to the beach in 4 hours... before then i gotta go to the store for the food, so i cant really sleep atm.

You should not go swimming when you have open wounds. Especially not when you have them on your foot. Try not to get sand in there.

If you go swimming with your foot at curent state it'll get infected.

Its not puberty. As soon as its like 8:00am go to the doctor but for now just
lie down. It could be a coordination condition.
