Have you tried to put it in disk mode and reformat it with windows?
(tried resetting as well?)

Take it to a nearby Apple store and ask the nice man in the suit to fix it for you. And, if they can't fix it, to uphold their rep as Apple, they'll likely give you a new one. (I once traded a 30GB iPod Video for a 80GB)

barrel roll thingy , where you chooes music and crap " O " thingy work a little.

do you think they fix it
