btw that xp ur talking about. is it mini xp or something?
ive nver heard of a microsoft os being sued by microsoft.
I believe that os u r going to install is a modified version of xp which is smaller in size and uses less resources.

Reformatting is easy if you know what to do. Follow the guide before posted and you'll be fine. Don't leave it for 3hrs, you have to configure and country, language etc...
