I got a quad-core black edition now and its mhz smart ass.. it does matter because without mhz you wont be able to run a lot of applications at once

its single vs duo. you said p4, not black edition.
its better to have a 2.4 duo then a 3.6 single.

Using clock frequency to compare processors of completely different architecture is pointless and is no comparison at all.

That laptop is overpriced, and why did you even go with a laptop with discrete graphics if you only plan to play Maplestory?

Are you serious? You bought a 1800 dollar laptop to play MAPLESTORY?!
My 8 year old PC could handle Maplestory and Zakum with no problems. And that PC only costed 1000 dollars back in the day.

You cannot compare the megahertz between 2 different architectures.
Anyway if you want to compare a Core 2 Duo at 1.8GHz will smoke the crap out of your "megahertz" Pentium 4.
Go do some homework why don't you.
And don't start babeling on your spider platform cause no one want to hear it.
The Toshiba laptop would be my pick too and there is this Gateway one, but forgot the model.

dont hate on my spider just because you got some 512MB Video (or less) running only a dual core not even overclocked.... hater. Overclocked quad and 4gigs of video running quad SLI beat that!
