It's good now.

You could try changing 8600 to 8800 for more performance.

or go Radeon + crossfire.

get a better power supply try like a 600W then you'll have a little left over and can run multiple video cards at its full speed.

First off, no Phenom. Get an E7200 if you're looking to keep the price low.

Second, two shitty video cards isn't any better than one shitty video card. Buy one good (ATi) card, multiple shit cards is a waste of money, SLi/Crossfire is only reasonable with top of the line cards.

At this post I wouldn't buy that.
First of all, your a gamer right?
Take a dualcore in that way.

CPU: E8400
GPU: Fine with the card he putted otherwise if you can afford 4870
RAM: To expensive get 800mHz, if your not an extreme overclocker, I can overclock from 2.2gHz to 3.0gHz and I still got original cooler at the CPU.
Motherboard: Don't take that expensive and shit
PSU: Get a corsair 550watt
Chassi, take whatever you like 900 is a good choise.
HDD: Sucks get a 500GB much cheaper ($/GB)

Try to challenge myself to see if it's possible to configure a decent system for under $500 bucks. Turns out yes, plus with change to spare for a nice happy meal (including toy) at McDonalds. Laughing
Really wanted to go with a quad, but it's a no go. Sad

As for a OS, you can try ReactOS
From their website wrote:

ReactOS® is a free, modern operating system based on the design of Windows® XP/2003. Written completely from scratch, it aims to follow the Windows® architecture designed by Microsoft from the hardware level right through to the application level.
