Actually wouldn't there be an explanation for everything. Because computers aren't like the world. When something happens in a computer it is always because of something.

Not really, this happened to me 4 years ago on 2 of the new systems I was building...

Both system have the exactly the same parts by brand, specs, and also the motherboard's bios are exactly the same.
Graphic card A does not work on system #1 (no screen during post), but it does on system #2.
Graphic card B works on both system 1 and 2.
But when you take graphic card A to another computer it works fine, but it just does not work on system #1.

Do you have an explanation for it Question
