B's screen is better than A because B is anti-reflective while A is anti-glare.
Anti-glare screens are those non-glossy types so when you use it under a heavy light source it won't produce a glare and it's got a less viewing angle. Most desktop LCD screens are anti-glare.
Anti-reflective also known as a glossy screen have wider viewing angles, vibrant colors, and sharper images. When they are viewed under a heavy light source, their glossy material will produce a glare where some people will find it annoying.
All laptop makers have a special name for it.

Installing a video vard (or anything for that matter) in a laptop is very different from a desktop. Desktops are meant to be easy to put together, while laptops are only meant to be small. If you're not careful, you could easily mess something up.
