So a wish is a failure.


you failed to get/acomplish something or you have not gotten it, which is still a failure.

a desire is just another word for failing to get something.
Why? Because you dont have it. You failed at getting it, so now you desire it.


A wish is a desire, which would fall under the same failure principles of a desire.
