im talking about my router now. the 2 computers that have internet working have their light blinking(like it supposed to do) and the one that is fucked just have the light on.

If you're talking about your router it can't be blinking for two computers and not for you because that would mean that you all have a separate router, so you must be talking about your network adapter?

I'll tell you how my router works.
I have 3 computers.
Comp1. Have the light on (not working)
Comp2. The light is blinkin (Like its supposed to do)
Comp3. Same as 2.
After when i turn off Comp2&3, i get the same effect as comp1. In otherwords the light will constantly be on(NOT blinking) In this way, i can verify which computer is being used and turned on.

Change your comp1 slot to your comp3 slot.

Tried that for a minute ago. still same problem occure. And i also tried to connect a cable to my laptop and appearently the same error comes up. (I am now using wireless on my laptop)

this happened to me once from a windows update 
zonealarm had probs with the update and i lost internet on my desktop, do a system restore and see if that fixes it

I've been using SP2 for a while and this is the very first time the problem comes up. I do not use zonealarm. Firewall is not blocking the connection.

mine didn't say it was blocking the connection either, infact i didn't know this was the cause until 2 days later zonealarm asked me to update because of issues with said automatic update.

When you try to connect to the Internet you get an error message saying "limited or no connectivity".
To fix this do the following:
Option #1
Go to microsoft website and search for this patch: KB884020
After installing the patch restart your system and see if it works.
If not go to option #2
Option #2
Open up notepad, copy and paste the following registry key

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IPSec]
"AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule"=dword:00000002 |
Save the file with an .reg extension
e.g. connectionfix.reg
Click on File save as and make sure in the file type select "all files" otherwise you'll get double extension file name.
e.g. connectionfix.txt.reg instead of connectionfix.reg
Now click on the registry file and import, restart your computer and see if it works. If not go to option #3
Option #3
Download WinsockXPFix and let the program fix the network connection for you. If option #1 and 2 fails.

BTW: What the hell is up with this forum! The reason why I use 7inyu8L is because if the original link is dead, 7inyu8L will automatically update it thus keeping the link live!
Fix the god damn problem, for all the forums I've been to this is the only one with this fu*kin BS!

Try backing up your router configurations, restore them to factory settings, then restore your configurations

this can happen because of your drivers, the same thing has happened to me before. try reinstalling and updating your drivers and see if you get any better results.

Yeah i did what you said, and it removed the "limited blablabla" error. And then i manually changed MAC address and it worked. THANKS!
