30min Daaamon
damn i wish mine went together that fast. The lapping of my cpu and two heatsinks took me about half a day.
I think once people have all the parts they want to get it together fast as possible. It took me about 5 days and that was as fast as i could do it. Longest 5 days of my life lol

Well, what I do is just connect the wires where I see fit and hope they work. It works most of the time.

It's easy if you know what you're doing. You have to make sure the motherboard standoffs (mounts) on the case line up with the holes on the board, or you'll fry your board. Just count how many mounts you have on the case, and make sure you put that many screws into the board. If you're short a screw, you know you have a stray mount somewhere.
I think the only tricky part for a first time builder really is connecting USB/1394/headset cables to the headers on the board, but if you take your time and read the manual you'll be fine.

You should get a case that doesn't require screws.
