Mod an already established engine, if you're just starting, the last thing you need to worry about is the renderer and other assorted, underlying engine bits.

Just download the source SDK, it exposes the game code for various titles.

ok.. so i was wrong about how much ram it has...
i have 128mb ram... Shocked

lets see how much space the hard drives got..

Something's telling me, flash will not run.
