If you read it carefully, it's split up for loading trainers, all types of cheat-table files ( From programs that aren't even CE, like ArtMoney, etc ), loading/saving older versions as well.

... the save CT function is only at line 5291 (and below), as DB suggested in the link...
less than 200 lines (which is still probably more than you will need).

Are all those functions used there specific to delphi? And is there any documentation reference to them?

All can be done with CreateFile/WriteFile/ReadFile, fopen/fputs/fread/fclose, or create a file mapping of the file to be parsed.

When you create the custom file, you should have a premeditated method of writing the information. ( Take CE for example, it has the number of addresses in the CT, the address, is frozen, etc ).

Just read it as you wrote it. If you wrote an 4-byte address, at a 10-byte offset into the file, then you should read 4-bytes from an offset of 10-bytes from the opened file.
