Yeah man that is part of the windows install so to remove it im not real certain. Kinda like wanting to remove Internet Explorer.
I know there is a registry key to change that lets windows thinks it is not installed. But dont know about really completely removing it.
But it is disabled if you did those instructions.

I do not see why you would want to REMOVE it when you can just disable it. Removing windows-installed applications is unsmart.
