lol, yeah a hose is normally needed, make sure you spray at close range.

Shouldn't be. If the PC is built-well, if it has good ventilation and the airflow is good in the case... remove all dust build-up etc it should be fine.

Like I said before, my PC is running day and night for sometimes up to a few days, everything stays stable in temperature.

Water-cooling and the like are not necessary unless you are an enthusiast with some real up-to-spec gear that is overclocked out by a fair margin.
You don't need all this deal simply because you went 2 degrees over 40 or just because WoW crashes and its assumed that temperature is the fault.
