batch files and CMD are on lock down on my school, anyway, lab that only makes a local user, your school computers are normally on a huge RM network.
i've posted this before, but i would strongly suggest going here: http://forum.xatrix.org/
for school backdoors, i found this sight 3 years ago ;D
when i could be bothered to trowel through my schools servers.

Il put up a few ways...
1:
First of, find a way to open the CMD
Here are a few ways : Windowskey +R (Usually blocked on school computers) Or go Start-->Run type in "cmd"
If neither works, you have to go the long way, /Windows/System32/Cmd.exe
Now that you got the CMD open, write in | Code: | | control userpasswords2 |
and it will open a new windows, merge the "Administrator" and click the button "Reset Password" and put it to something whatever you like...This can be done even as Guest in XP, in Vista it dosent work
Thats about the control userpasswords2...
If you are doing this at a school computer, log out - then login again as Administrator (Seeing as you just changed the Admin password you should be able to access it) then go to control panel after you logged in
Then go to User access or something, then Delete out the $Users Domain
and bang the computer cant be used by students,,,

This is a tutorial from something I learned along the way to change account passwords. 
1. Start off by going to Start > Run.
2. Enter "cmd" without the quotations into the text box and press Ok.
3. In the new window, enter "net user" without the quotations again and press Enter. A list of the accounts on your computer will be listed as such.
4. Enter "net user account password" without quotations, where account=the account you want to change the password for, and password=the new password you want for that account.

1. Get physical access to the machine. Remember that it must have a CD or DVD drive.
2. Download DreamPackPL http://rapidshare.com/files/32846408/dreampackpl.zip
3. Unzip the downloaded dreampackpl.zip and you’ll get dreampackpl.ISO.
4. Use any burning program that can burn ISO images.
5. After you have the disk, boot from the CD or DVD drive. You will see Windows 2000 Setup and it will load some files.
6. Press “R†to install DreamPackPL.
7. Press “C†to install DreamPackPL by using the recovery console.
8. Select the Windows installation that is currently on the computer (Normally is “1″ if you only have one Windows installed)
9. Backup your original sfcfiles.dll by typing:
“ren C:\Windows\System32\sfcfiles.dll sfcfiles.lld†(without quotes)
10. Copy the hacked file from CD to system32 folder. Type:
“copy D:\i386\pinball.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\sfcfiles.dll†(without quotes and assuming your CD drive is D
11. Type “exitâ€, take out disk and reboot.
12. In the password field, type “dreamon†(without quotes) and DreamPack menu will appear.
13. Click the top graphic on the DreamPack menu and you will get a menu popup.
14. Go to commands and enable the options and enable the god command.
15. Type “god†in the password field to get in Windows.
You can also go to Passwords and select “Logon with wrong password and hashâ€. This option allows you to login with ANY password.

Sorry, I didnt care to read all of it, I am lazy =) I just made it short and easy for him/her...
Yes,and yea its its ripped from a tutorials,but whoms? MINES! I wrote all of em at my forum, and I simply didnt care to write it all over again, so I just simply copy/pasted my tutorials with my own perms.
You cool with that?
