Yeah. They just have those tricks that you need to remember to get things working right. There are reliable forms of emulation, such as Crossover and Wine. After installing these, you can run most of anything. If you can't run it, it's probably poorly coded....

An example of a trick that you need to experiment with is how to get sound working on Steam. You need to play an audio file, have it loop in TOTEM SPECIFICALLY, then pause it before you launch the game. Launch the game with The OSS mixer drivers. It should work fine Smile. Yeah...it's a bit weird at first, but Linux is likable.
