there's win32 project
win32 smart divice
etc..

New Project -> Visual C++ -> Win32 -> Win32 Project -> Pick Dynamic Link Library (DLL) Empty Project

Add a cpp source file. call it w/e.

Add a Entry point BOOL WINAPI DllMain( HMODULE hModule, DWORD dwReason, LPVOID lpReserved )

like what i showed you above.

Wicc wrote a really good tutorial on Extalia Forums about writing a dll in C++ to be injected--I don't feel like going and digging it up though.
