FORTRAN77 and C are good languages to work with, some people are going to say that those languages are obsoletes, they're probally right but i realy like those 2, FORTRAN77 has one of the best progammed compillers: the wg77, if u know a little about FORTRAN just test this progam, those borland compillers are shit compared to wg. Delphi is more like a learning language, u learn some good progamming habits to use in C. If u want to learn a good language learn C, u gonna screw up your progams a lot, but its realy fun when u take days doing the strings and when u finally test the progam u crash it =D. If u have a lot of spare time learn delphi first to get those good progamming habits and then learn C.
