can you get any bigger of a keyboard? i hate all the extra crap on a keyboard that makes it all bulky, especially bits of plastic that serve no real purpose.

I have the RAZER Tarantula, the G15 is too large to fit on my desktop. And it looks cooler, all black! And it laso has removable keys. And you can change every key on the keybaord to another! Now I don't have to use the WASD keys, I now use the arrow keys to move.

The Saitek Eclipse II is mine as soon as Newegg gets me my money back from my RMA:
I've had my 80's IBM keyboard forever, it's by far the best keyboard I've used yet, but it's time for something new.

well I think for my keyboard less is more,
too many extra buttons get in the way, you can do most things when you know the shortcuts anyway,
as for flat keyboards I find the feel of them is all wrong,
you need a positive reaction to your key press if you do a fair bit of typing/programming, well most people do, otherwise they would have been the main keyboard already as versions have been out for years,
this crap bill gates is on about with touch screens is the same, you have to move your hand futher across the screen instead of a small ajustable mouse movement,
you cant adjust the size of the screen the way you can adjust the mouse speed,
touch screens were all the rage a few years back until people realised waving your arms in the air was more tiring and more effort than keyboard and mouse,
now a table touch screen will be more comfortable and has possibilities,
as long as they can stop the bloody screen getting covered in fingerprints and smudges like the previous type did,
anyway for keyboards, simple cut down designs are for me, no flashy lights and lazers cos I want to look at the monitor without being distracted,
a zen keyboard even
