Open Start Menu>Click Run>Type dxdiag>Press Enter
Look at the System Model, and post what you see here.

when i try to install it says; "Failed installation of Realtek HD Soundcircuit (audio driver) !!"

Lets get your chipset drivers first then, shall we?
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html <--Download that, install, run, build a report and either put it on www.pastebin.org and put the link here, or PM me the results.
From the results I'll find the drivers needed for your motherboard. MSI boards tend to need them before anything works right, we have a few of them at work and it's a bitch downloading shit over and over for them.

There's a button on there that says "REPORT" Click it, click through the prompts and wait for the output.

| Is your CPU Intel or AMD? There's two different motherboards with the same System Model, One's AMD, One's Intel. The Download I posted was for Intel Motherboard.
