To change your shader shit, you have to flash your videocard bios, the PCI-E Clock Speed is not the Clock Speed of your Video Card, Increasing that will Overclock your card, if not jack it up.

No, Rivatuner can unlock the shader clocks from the core in most cases. And fucking with the bus speeds is a bad idea, just leave them alone.

Whenever you install new drivers, don't keep piling on installs, wipe everything first. Driver Cleaner Pro will probably get most if not all of it. After that just scan manually for files and the registry to clean up any other traces if you're really feeling up to it.
