Rapget also works..
Its a pogram no need for doing anything just install and write link, it works for alot websites, like rapidshare.com/de/Fr and Megaupload and 20 others

Thing is proxy server is really laggy if im correct. so the second question i have is, is proxy server always slow and if not how can i make it faster

A good way to do it is just to piggie back off of someone else's internet if you can get a wireless internet connection
