These damn "optimize ur pc lolol" tools are so fraudulent. Just reformat.
If you can't run stuff at good performance on a fresh install, you need an upgrade or a new PC. If you've got less than 2GB of RAM, go for more RAM. If you're running Vista or 7, you could do with 3GB of RAM.
Generally it's a good idea to upgrade if your machine is 5 or more years old and you can't run modern programs. Throwing cash at an old machine is pointless. _________________

Learn to recycle, any old machine with any expansion slot can be use for shit load of things _________________
After you every use when you shut down your PC delete your unwanted things,delete your cookies,your temp. files. You can also go for upgrade if your machine is 5 or more years old then you can't run modern programs.I think its good idea. _________________
