 Big eyes, don't rush into things and then you'll hit an incompatible hardware (eg. motherboard) and you'll get disappointed, first of all check your computer maintenance and hardware compatibility, what mb do you have ? what type of slots are they ?

 any graphics card will have a fan (or some sort of cooling) by default.
 
 unless you really feel like taking it off and putting your own on, then yes you would need to make sure you get one that can be mounted on it.

 Fan arn't supposed to be compatible, and depends to what hardware part.
