is there a specific date that 5.4 will be released

also

compatibility mode? O_o;; where is that?

when it's done
and regarding speedhack, that will probably not be made compatibly with vista 32, and almost certainly not with vista 64I( not till ce 6.4 or something)

1. See Dark Byte's reply.
2. To run a program in compatibility mode right click the exe and go to Compatibility.
You can then choose what mode to run it in.
From Vista all the way to Windows 95.
