Previous suggestions will still make your hips smaller because cardio = burning of calories = smaller hips. What you need is anarobic exercise like squats, dead lifts, and leg presses. These will all improve your hip size over time.

What you need is birth control. Female hormones.
Go for it man, you could become an internet sensation. Make a blog about your daily progress and sexual encounters.

Alright, I'll do these after graduation. Thanks bro.

I forgot also in order to hit the side muscle of hips, I forget what its called, but you lay on your side and do a side plank. While you do the side plank you lift your leg that's outward straight up while remaining a straight posture. This will work the side of your lower abs as well as around the hip bones. You can add some sort of strap on sand bags for extra weight.

I use to work out a lot, but now I find it really hard to spend more time at school when I have to do homework afterwards (my community college has a free gym), but I must start up soon before I reach the point where I'm like fuck it.

graduation of complete body transfer from male to female
Yeah what...graduation isn't for 3-4 months, and it will take up to 6 months to really get some progress done on getting buff hips. Plus whats the point you won't be around all the hot bitches once you graduate.

Alright, I noticed many of you guys were irked at the "after graduation" part. Let me explain why I said that (And also why I'm not perfect). I attend a college where it has a notorious reputation of working you like a dog in my comp. engineering major, so conserving time and energy is very important and I'm not perfect in that I can't work 12 hours a day (Including more on weekends) AND spend even more time and energy exercising (Elon Musk probably can and does even more than that).

Another barrier is that the gym requires a 10 minute walk in this freezing weather and another 10 minutes to get back, not to mention the energy required to withstand the cold as simply a transactional cost. While I'm studying in a stressed and depressed state of mind, it becomes nearly impossible to get up.

Another observation is that there's a clear economic substitution effect resulting from the last post of BreakinGods. 99% (Literally) of the women here are ugly (Or present themselves to be just because they can) and the few remaining 1% have their bitch shield sky high. So it's simply natural to chase money instead of girls in this environment because the price tag for these bitches are too high. And part of chasing girls is exercising, so that has gone out the window in favor of studying more to hopefully land a job in a top tech firm with top 1% salaries for my age range. But while doing this, the topic of my thread has happened and I wanted to know a fix that won't drain my time and energy.

There are a shitload of reasons to exercise if you want to improve your brains ability: http://fitness.reebok.com/international/be-more-human/#/page/gray-matters?cm_mmc=RbkSocial_Youtube-_-BMH-_-Freakshow-_-Graymatters

There's a nice link, courtesy of Reebok. You don't need a gym to exercise, BTW. All you need is an hour a day, three to four times a week, and some weights; any weights. Pick up a program like the Spartacus workout, and do it in your room. Do your exercise in the early morning, or after getting home. Granted that doing it in the morning will leave you feeling energized throughout the rest of the day. Combine that with a healthy diet and you'll feel like you can take on the world.

The importance of your physical state of being is grossly underestimated when it comes to mental acuity, whereas the effort that people think they need to put in is grossly overestimated. Three hours a week, where you have 112 active hours available (assuming you sleep 8 hours per night). If you can't manage to reserve 3.5% (2.5% if I don't factor in your 20 minute walk) of your time per week for excercise, then you will already burn out before even starting a job.

This. I thought I posted that it would help brain activity, but I guess I forgot to submit. It is proven that an hour of exercise will help warm you up for your classes. It will also help you with stress levels which will facilitate the learning process because stress is unhealthy for your brain and body. Exercise will also prolong your life, so what's the point of spending 20 years in school if you don't stay healthy enough to use that education for an extended life.

I remember trying exercising in the morning, but then I'd fall asleep in the lecture much more easily. Even on days I didn't work late nights. Got some explanation on this?

You probably lost rem sleep because you woke up early to jog. If you're falling asleep in lecture you need to make sure you eat a bigger breakfast because you'll be burning calories in your morning exercise and make sure you get enough sleep. If the lecture is boring to you even if you aren't really out of energy you can become tired because it can be exhausting to try to pay attention to something you aren't really interested in. History is like that for me, so even when I got to bed at a reasonable time I sometimes got really tired from the lecture then after class I would feel just fine.
