i feel like socially im behind everyone else, I never get invited to parites and i hang with the same group of fucktards every weekend. im no longer an autist but due to the fact that I previously was I don't know how I can really befriend people now. this is something i was thinking about on my last msuhroom tirp, how i ened to meet new people, but i cant figure outhow the fuck to do
also i never have money and people dont like poor people

Get a job? You answered your own question. People are in cliques at school and only invite their clique to the party, find someone you know is going to those parties try to get your foot in the door through association. Also people who smoke weed are in a certain clique that doesn't get invited to some parties because they don't want people to be smoking in their house.

It doesn't come easy though. If you can't find a job just try to be extroverted and actively try to get invited to the party, or come with someone who is. Once you're at the party that's where the real socializing begins and you need to make some connections by finding people you can relate to there. I'm sure they like some of the same things.

Hahahahah, I was wondering if it'd translate well or not when I was typing it.
I don't know what they're called in English but it's like a bar operated by (generally) people between the ages of 14 and 25, where often concerts and parties are thrown, but also for other activities like workshops etc. Though now that I think about it, since the drinking age is so high in America and they're so strict about the rules, they might not be as popular over there or even exist at all. I guess they must not be so much fun if you take away the alcohol. Or suitable for concerts.
Either way, there must be some place where cheap parties are often held where you can get in (don't know how old you are) and that's not full of old people, right? Just start going to these parties with one or some of your friends, start conversations with anyone about anything. Broaden your social circles. You'll get to know the people who come there regularly.

Nigga that ain't no excuse. Get a job at a grocery store or something, and they'll give you a free shirt all you need is some slacks. I'm sure if you're getting a job your parents would help you get your uniform together. You'll never have work experience if you use not having work experience as an excuse it's a paradox. The working cell phone is something you could get after you get your job, and I have been without cell service for like 8 months, so I know how it is. Use facebook, homephone, and personal interaction to make friends.
Church is boring as fuck in itself, but church people are not all boring. They don't drink or do drugs, so they have to think of things to do.

Most churches have youth and/or young adult programs and activities (I'm assuming the OP is young). When I was a kid, there honestly wasn't a huge difference between church camp and boy scout camp. I'm not really "cool", so I don't have a good feel for who does or doesn't do drugs; the only religions I can think of off-hand that prohibit drinking alcohol, however, are Islam and LDS. Heck, plenty of Christian churches use wine for communion. If you're worried about finding work, it can also be a way to network with the kind of folks that you'd actually want to work with/for.

What your best option is depends on your age and interests and background (wealth, social upbringing, etc)...
