Nope. I once asked them about an order I placed not arriving on the day it was supposed to and they sent me a second order with overnight shipping and then I got both packages on the same day. Double the items on accident, hooray!

thats not being sold by amazon, so its not their fault imo.
you could click on the seller profile and rate them lower once your product arrives

I can say I respect them as a company. They handled their security breach very well, much better than sony's method of "let's not say anything as long as possible about the millions of credit cards stolen"
