A basic equation in diesel mechanics. 2pi = 2 x 3.1216 = 6.2832 Now, lets look at BHP or Break horse power for the lackeys. BHP = LB-ft x RPM -------------------------------- 2pi = 2 x 3.1216 = 6.2832 So, do the equation. I'm not smart, so this must be easy for everyone else, right?

Oh, God. You should read about law more.
First of all you have to understand that actual guilt or innocence does not come into it, it's a matter of proof. Not all accused are guilty, and not all that are acquitted are not-guilty.
They argue it based on the law and the evidence. Just like a prosecutor who knows the accused might be innocent.
