Cheat Engine

I have made two topics in the past two days, both of which have disappeared without notice. Would someone please tell me why they are disappearing? The first one was asking for the forum software to get upgraded, and the second one was asking why the first one got deleted.

probably for posting in the wrong section, spamming, stupid question or post intended to raise post count, or a mod thought it was inappropriate. Don't think you can post whatever you want here. You should read the rules before posting.

Hmm... MAYBE it could have gone in the General Discussion, but since it was related to the Cheat Engine forums, I thought it best to go in a Cheat Engine related section. And anyways, a little notification would be nice.

P.S. Your rules are very difficult to find, the only kinds I can find are specific to certain sections and not the website as a whole.

Edit: Heh, well this one has survived for quite a bit longer than the other two. So can you explain why they were deleted in specific?

Only person who can tell you why is the mod who deleted/moved them.

Maybe it was a Database error. And itapa, I agree with you %100. It should be there, but instead of modifying the skin, I still think DB should upgrade his forum software. I mean, look at the copyright date. Last copyright-ed in 2005. Sheesh.

And I've been around forums enough to know the standard rules;

1. No spamming
2. No trolling/flaming
3. No unnecessary bumping

etc. etc.

There's nothing wrong with the software behind the forum, it's actually been really stable, functions fine. I know you haven't been around very long, but the topic of upgrading the board comes up pretty often (see post).
Why do you care about it so much anyway?

Well, the reason I care about it so much is I was planning on hanging around for awhile. Newer forum software = more features = Anyone who uses recent forum software would then be comfortable. And then maybe I would be notified about the lockage, from who, and why.

(By the way I think it is more appropriate that I created this topic rather than add onto the one you linked too since the one you linked too is not related to the forum software in general.)

EDIT: Well, adding onto that, this topic is a large branch off of the last two topics I attempted to create, all of which have disappeared.
