very nice. I like this. It looks much better with colour. the bow-tie looks a little weird. it might look like that in a pic that you referenced, so idk.

Critical: The hair is lopsided, and her mouth looks like a frenchie stache.

The eyes are really good, the rest of it is not so good. I think the hair is a bit too pale and the backgroung needs to be a darker colour.

I think I fixed the bowtie and Cryoma I did that to the hair on purpose and I'm not even gonna bother with the mustache thing. randomqaz I have no plans on adding a background except for white so yeah, It stays like that. Thanks alot guys.

CHERRY BLOSSOMS! It reminds me oof Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach. I like it but there is some minor flaws only I probably noticed.
