I can't fucking go to sleep. My big toe hurts so bad ;_;
I have an ingrown toenail and I wore new shoes today for a long time, which caused pressure on it. Now it's irritated and idk how to make it not hurt as bad D:

Any ideas?

I can't go to the store and get the gel, I wish I could. It's 6:00 AM and everyone is asleep.

After I temporarily treat it, I think I'm gonna get surgery. This isn't the first time, it happens all the time and the pain is unbearable.
