Can I run GTA?
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz -CPU
You Have: 2.60 GHz -CPU Speed
8.0GB System RAM
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 64-bit (Build Service Pack 16001) O.S
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family () 286MB Video Card
and 675+ GB in Space

So can I run it?

Why is that bad.... It beats the req. though... 286mb and GTA is 256mb.

CPU - might
Graphic Card - Probably Fail

Get a good graphic card and you should be fine, 285mb will make lag and you probably miss thing like pixel shader and etc...

With a game so horribly ported as GTA IV, there's no chance your integrated GMA 3100 will be able to play it at all.

I guess you can but it might be laggy or have an Average or even have a bad quality/graphics on the game. I am not sure of what I said that is why I said "MIGHT". And also check that site Drkgodz gave you, it usually checks if you could run the game you like on your PC, I already went there before.

A person I know has similar specs as yours, but he's got
Pentium Dual Core 2.5GHz
3GB
320GB HD
9600GT

At very low settings with all the setting set to the minimum, it plays at a low frame of 15-17FPS.
