Actually not too too bad for a first time. How'd you do like those liney things in the back? That's pretty interesting tbh.

Focus on making the focal stand out more, the yin yang thingie detracts from Sasuke.

And for goodness sake, scrap that text! >:[

Pretty sure the Yin and Yang in the background is just a wallpaper that was made already. Then he lowered the opacity of Sasuke and threw some text on it.

1st- Looks like you just took an wallpaper, resized it, and put the text.

2nd- Looks like just filled bg with gray, added render, blurred render and added text
