Will this affect my growth?
If I do 110 crunches a day and do like 100 benchpresses with 10x2 lb dumbells how long will it take for me to get abs?
i am 13 i weight 102 pounds and my 5"2-3 and im kinda chubby

You won't get abs until like your 15.
try later if you try now you'll stop growing.

lol there has been like 10 topics on this just look down and to get abs eat healthy foods and vegetables/fruits and start out doing super sit ups or in other words alot fast for a long time

| i believe the grinch i googled this and all topics say it wont, BTW there is a 6th grader and hes asian, he lifted weights in grade 4 hes a semi tank now and hes pretty tall

| I doubt that you will get abs when you're 13. That doesn't mean don't weight lift; in fact, it will do much good for you if you do.

Err wrong ! I got abs when I was 12. And started at age 11. I did 300 sit ups a day, under 10 minutes.

Crunches are bad for your back, if you do it every day.
To train your abdomen (sp?) you should go lay down on the ground with your back, and write your full name in the air with your stretched legs.

Do crunches but in intervals instead, reduces the damage. (doing crunches is like when picking up something using your back)
You don't need to do crunches, you can do alot more, such as the plank. side planks, mountain climb etc...

don't work on your six pack, just work on your arms. six pack won't do any good anyway besides looking good.
