you can download it move the folder from where it installed and then go to add or remove programs and remove it from the list she will never know if you hide it well

Download the Installer, Make a folder, with 10 folders in it, next put crap in any 9 folder, and finally install the game to the 10th folder, also change the folder name to crap.
