The Trojan name is "Trojan horse BackDoor.Generic2.XAJ"
I just install this program yesterday and Before AVG move the infected file to its valut, I have trouble surfing the Internet. I did a search on the forum on this file and it seems there are a lot of problems relating to it.

I'm using AVG Free. Also said the same. The file is used for the kernel debug mode. You can still use cheatengine though, just not the kernel debug mode. Or put the file back and click ignore whenever AVG "finds" it

Just email avg customer support to take out dbk32.sys from the detection list.

So, are you guys saying this "Trojan" is a safe one and there will be no harm coming from it?
I try to google it without any result and AVG virus database doesn't have any description for it. I really don't like these "unknown" things simply because I don't know what harm would come to my pc. (although this Trojan is sitting in AVG's virus vault and shouldn't be any threat, but I will still worry it)
Dark Burn:
I would like to know what this Trojan does and does it do any harm to my pc.
(such as open "back door" to other people)

I am surprised you have not made a sticky answer to this by now, the amount of times you get posts asking what the DBK32.DLL trojan horse backdoor.generic2 xaj thing is, just tell them if the path to it is shown to be in the cheat engine folder then its probably ok (unless someone hyjacks it),
don't look like avg will be solving the problem anytime soon.

I also use AVG. AVG is always throwing false positives. One example is for my AutoIt scripts. They are packed with UPX. Well, when a virus is found that is packed with that version of UPX, AVG releases a definition that flags every program that was compiled with that version of UPX. Then a few days later they release an updated definition.
So sometimes my scripts get flagged, then a few days later they are no longer getting flagged. Try scanning the file again in a few days, if it doesn't stop flagging, then send the file to the AVG Support Center so they can evaluate the program and determine if it's clean. If it's clean then they can adjust their definitions so AVG doesn't throw a false positive on the program.
Nomad.

| My computer was just controlled by someone through VNC.. I haven't given anyone my info in like a year and I don't recall running the server. I scanned and found this. -____- So much for that file to be "safe".

How do you know it's this? I think you're just a little noob using the windows firewall or something like that.

Pretty much because it's the only file that was found by AVG. So I can't blame a file that isn't found.
