well i got an integratet soundcard, it messes up, the sound works in some games and doesnt work anywhere else than in games, says i dont have any sound driver. but i installed the driver that came with it..

so buying a new soundcard fix it?

because i dont mind spending some money to hear.

Make sure you update the driver first.
If it came with a cd then install that or do a quick fix.

i did try to update it, i googled for 3 hours for other drivers i did uninstall it, reinstall, update, nothing works.

just make sure by going to uninstall your current drivers by going to your device manager> sound device> right-click> properties>2nd tab> uninstall

then reinstall from the cd that came with the motherboard.

if that doesnt work and you want to buy the pci card, then do up to before you reinstall, and just install that card with the cd.
