If anyone opened it in ollydbg, ollydbg would follow the link, and if they ran it, shutdown.exe would run with the specified parameters and windows would shut down.

Yeah okay... I like these, because when i click em nothing happens. (PSHAY, i don't use Windows...)
Anyway, thats not even a phisher... Phishers are WEBSITES that are made to SCAM your myspace, paypal, runescape, account and passsword. (sometimes even credit cards).
