I'm wanting to create a software that will let people browse certain sites such as newgrounds with ease and other features. What would be the best coding language for my software(I don't particuarly like C but I will use it if it has a clear advantage)

Well, Delphi 7 Enterprise has a built-in web browser... You could customize that to fit the needs of your program.
